20x30 Deck Rebuild | Milton, VT
Scope of Work: This project began as a simple replacement of the top deck boards, but significant rot was discovered once work was underway. Eric rebuilt the deck entirely, replacing compromised materials and constructing a solid new 20×30 deck. The full rebuild took about one week and was completed primarily by Eric.
Concrete Step Repair & Custom Metal Railings | Milton, VT
Scope of Work: This project began with the removal and disposal of old railings, followed by repairing and resurfacing crumbling concrete steps. The steps were cleaned and finished with a broom texture to improve traction during winter conditions. Eric then welded and fabricated custom metal railings on-site, finishing them in black for a clean, durable look. The new railings provide significantly more strength and stability than the original wooden ones.
Pond Clearing & Fountain Installation | Jericho, VT
Scope of Work: Eric’s team cleared overgrown areas around this pond by trimming trees and manually removing weeds using specialized tools. All vegetation was disposed of on-site at the homeowner’s request. Once the pond was cleared, stone was installed to create a defined entryway leading to the water. The project wrapped up with a pond fountain installation, creating a pleasant space to visit during the warmer months and transforming a previously unusable space on the property.
Custom Removable Trailer Fenders | Charlotte, VT
Scope of Work: This project addressed damaged trailer fenders that were getting in the way of loading equipment. Eric built a custom, removable fender solution designed specifically for how the customer uses the trailer, allowing equipment to be loaded without causing damage. The end result was a practical, durable fix tailored to the customer’s needs, completed in Charlotte, VT.
Driveway Edge Treatment & Sealing | Milton, VT
Scope of Work: This project included trimming back overgrown grass along the driveway edges, followed by a full pressure wash to remove dirt and buildup. Once cleaned, the driveway was coated and sealed to protect the surface and extend its lifespan. The treatment is designed to last up to 10 years.
Trailer Fender Replacement & Safety Check | Milton, VT
Scope of Work: The original trailer fenders were rotted out and replaced with a new set. After installation, Eric completed a quick trailer overview to ensure all components were in proper working condition before returning it to the customer.
Equipment & Commercial Repair Project | Williston, VT
Scope of Work: This project included repairs to plow lighting and multiple pieces of equipment, including a tractor and a skid steer. Eric handled general equipment repairs to restore safe, reliable operation. The work also included a dock leveler replacement at a Walmart facility to ensure proper loading and unloading functionality.
Ceiling Repair & Bathroom Update | Bolton Valley Ski Area, Bolton, VT
Scope of Work: This condo project included ceiling repairs followed by repainting the bathroom. An existing exhaust fan was also replaced to improve ventilation and overall function.
Custom Outhouse-Style Utility Cover
Scope of Work: This custom-built outhouse-style structure was designed to conceal and protect water lines while remaining decorative. It also adds a layer of safety by keeping children away from exposed utilities.
Trailer Frame Straightening & Welding Repair
Scope of Work: This trailer had become twisted from regular use and required structural correction. Eric used a porta-power along with on-site welding to carefully bend and secure the frame back into proper alignment. Having porta-power capabilities allows for precise straightening and repair that would otherwise require full disassembly or replacement.
High-End Art & Mirror Installation | Burlington, VT
Scope of Work: This project involved the careful installation of high-end paintings and mirrors, ensuring they were securely mounted and properly aligned within the space.
Custom Drive-Over Fender Fabrication | Georgia, VT
Scope of Work: This project involved building heavy-duty, drive-over fenders for a mudding Jeep. The custom fenders were fabricated to support the vehicle’s weight, allowing the Jeep to be driven directly over them without damage.
Custom Welder Cart Fabrication
Scope of Work: This project repurposed a hose reel into a functional welding cart, creating a custom solution tailored to Eric’s workflow and equipment needs.
Window Replacement & Structural Repair | Georgia, VT
Scope of Work: This camp project included installing new windows after uncovering a rotted beam that required repair. Eric also installed a new ZIP System® sheathing on the exterior to restore structural integrity and improve weather protection.
Trailer Step Reinforcement
Scope of Work: Rebar was added between the trailer steps to prevent gaps and improve safety, ensuring users wouldn’t slip or fall through during use.
